High load cylindrical roller bearing

描述

IMCB high load cylindrical roller bearings () can provide three different main designs and some variants.
Bearing with inner ring guide cage
Using the NCF series model ECJB () represents
Used for axial positioning in one direction and allowing axial displacement of the shaft and bearing seat in another direction.
We can provide bearings without an outer ring (RN.. ECKB series, ), using relevant components in the equipment as the outer ring raceway of the bearing (with the journal and bearing seat inner hole surface as the raceway shaft and the raceway in the bearing seat)
Bearings with outer ring guide cage
Using the NJF series model ECJA () represents
Compared to bearings of the same size with inner ring guide cages, some sizes have more rollers installed
Used for axial positioning in one direction and allowing axial displacement of the shaft and bearing seat in another direction.
We can provide bearings with inner rings (RNU.. ECJA series, ), using relevant components in the equipment as the inner ring raceway of the bearing (with the journal and bearing seat inner hole surface as the raceway)
Separable bearing with inner raceway guide cage
Using the NUH series model ECMH () represents
Allow axial displacement of the shaft relative to the bearing seat in two directions
Separable type (outer ring with roller and cage components can be separated from inner ring), which simplifies installation and disassembly, especially suitable for applications where both rings require interference fit under load conditions
double row bearing
Can be provided upon request
Paired bearings
When paired with bearings, the height difference of different cross-sections between each bearing must be controlled within a very small tolerance range.
Tighter tolerance range control is a prerequisite for each bearing in the paired bearing to be able to withstand the same load.
The following combinations are available:
Two bearings paired together (model suffix DR)
Three bearings paired together (model suffix TR)
Four bearings paired together (model suffix QR)
