Cylindrical roller thrust bearing

描述

IMCB can provide different series of cylindrical roller thrust bearings:
811 and 812 series bearingshave a row of rollers
They are mainly used in applications where the load-bearing capacity of thrust ball bearings is insufficient.
893 and 894 series bearings with two rows of rollers
Unidirectional bearings
The standard cylindrical roller thrust bearing is a unidirectional bearing that can only withstand axial loads in one direction.
Bidirectional bearings
Capable of withstanding axial loads in two directions
It can be made by assembling two cylindrical rollers and a cage thrust assembly, as well as two bearing races and one intermediate race together
Depending on the design, the intermediate race can be a shaft guide or a bearing seat guide .
The surface smoothness and hardness of the intermediate ring must be the same as that of the bearing race. IMCB does not provide intermediate rings, but can provide material technical parameters and dimensional data upon request.
Cylindrical roller and cage thrust assembly
Represented by prefix K
Can only withstand unidirectional axial loads
Can be combined with seat rings from the WS, GS, and LS series (bearing seat rings)
Can be used in applications without seat rings, where:
Adjacent components can be used as raceways
Need for bearing arrangement with low axial cross-sectional height
Bearing race
IMCB can also provide components for cylindrical roller thrust bearings separately. In addition to the cylindrical rollers and cage thrust components, the included bearing races are listed in the product table.
Shaft ring
Represented by the prefix WS
Made of hardened carbon chromium bearing steel
Featuring a precise grinding raceway surface
There are grinding holes
race
Represented by the prefix GS
Made of hardened carbon chromium bearing steel
Featuring a precise grinding raceway surface
Surface with grinding
IMCB recommends using these two types of seat rings when precise alignment of bearing seat rings is required for medium to high speed operating conditions.
LS series universal seat ring
Seat rings or shaft rings suitable for K 811 series roller and cage components
Suitable for working conditions where the bearing race does not require precise alignment.
Usually used in low-speed situations
For more information about LS series seat rings, please refer to Needle Roller Thrust Bearings.
Holder
The IMCB cylindrical roller thrust bearing is equipped with a cage.
When used at high temperatures, some lubricants may have adverse effects on nylon retainers.
